J'accompagne des projets résidentiels et professionnels, en neuf comme en rénovation : appartements, villas, cabinets médicaux, commerces ou encore projets d’investissement. Chaque projet est pensé sur-mesure, avec une approche globale alliant conception, optimisation des espaces et sélection de matériaux haut de gamme.
Quels sont les délais d’un projet ?
Les délais varient selon la complexité du projet.
En moyenne :
- Étude et conception : 2 à 6 semaines
- Travaux : 4 à 10 semaines
Nous vous fournissons un planning précis dès le démarrage.
Parfois plus en fonction du projet.
Comment sont définis vos tarifs ?
Nos honoraires sont établis en fonction de la nature du projet, de sa surface et du niveau d’accompagnement souhaité.
Un devis détaillé vous est systématiquement remis après un premier échange. Pour la partie travaux, un cahier des charges est envoyé aux artisans pour lui permettre de réaliser le devis détaillé, sans oubli.
